Navopache Electric Cooperative is divided into 8 districts, each with representation on the Board of Directors. Directors serve 4 year terms.
District 1: Lakeside
District 2: Pinetop
District 3: Whiteriver, Fort Apache, Carrizo, Cedar Creek, Cibeque, McNary, Hon-Dah, Hawley Lake, Forestdale, and Sunrise
District 4: St. Johns, Concho, Hunt, and Vernon
District 5: Greer, Nutrioso, Alpine, Springerville, Eagar, and Blue
District 6: Show Low, Pinedale, Linden, and Clay Springs
District 7: Heber and Overgaard
District 8: New Mexico
